Rosewood clarinet
GR CL400
The Ida Maria Grassi GR CL400 clarinet is an instrument designed for those who desire a qualitative leap towards a traditional wood build, with technical features suited for advanced studio practice as well as marching band and orchestral use.
The rosewood body gives the sound greater depth, warmth, and timbre richness compared to synthetic materials, offering a more articulate response and greater harmonic complexity. The 17-key, 6-ring Boehm system keywork ensures technical completeness, while the silver finish of the keys ensures smoothness, precision, and a pleasant feel to the touch.
The bladder pads offer excellent sealing and sensitivity in response, contributing to more controlled dynamics and improved sound quality. The two 62 and 65 mm barrels allow flexible and accurate intonation according to performance needs. The adjustable thumb rest with ring allows an ergonomic and customizable hand position. The bell without ring maintains a traditional build line and a natural vibration of the wood.
The instrument is supplied with case and is equipped with a mouthpiece complete with ligature and cap, cork grease, and cleaning cloth. A wood clarinet designed to offer timbre quality, mechanical precision, and build solidity in an advanced musical path.
